iOS and Android in beta · Dual-side snap · Honest ranges · Your album stays yours
Who it’s for
Pocket change, date/mint sets, world trays, and error hunters share the same album. The category changes what the model looks for. The honesty does not.
Unknown change in the dish. Snap both sides, get a ranked shortlist, decide if it belongs in the album.
Modern and classic US. Date, mint mark, denomination, and metal — structured so a Memorial and a Shield don’t get swapped.
Foreign and ancient pieces need a category first. The model looks for legend, mint, and metal instead of guessing Lincoln.
Doubled dies, off-centers, tokens, exonumia. Flag possible varieties without pretending every extra line is a jackpot.
Permanent pillars
Obverse and reverse. Both faces feed identification and variety checks. One side is a guess.
US Modern, Classic, World, Ancient, Error / Variety, Token. The model looks at the right features.
Candidates with confidence scores. Verify the shortlist. Do not accept the first guess blindly.
Reference-only values. Never sold as appraisals, grades, or guarantees. The app says that out loud.
Notes, condition, purchase price, photos. A living journal for the coins you actually own.
Take your data with you. Wishlist, trades, and lookups to eBay sold, PCGS, NGC, Numista.
Snap Live
Camera or gallery. Single coin or batch. Manual add if you already know what it is.
Category first so the model hunts date, mint, metal, and errors instead of treating every disc like a Lincoln cent. Good light and a neutral background still win.
Identify Live
Ranked candidates with confidence. Lookup links when you want a second source.
Free tier first. Auto-upgrade on low confidence is optional. Hard coins can go to a stronger model. Easy coins stay cheap.
Electrical honesty, but for metal
The app says that out loud. Verify high-value coins with a trusted dealer or grading service. Ranges are comps, not a buy/sell ticket.
Collection Live
Search, filter by category, track paid vs estimated. Empty states push you to snap a real coin, not browse a store.
Collection value, coins, streak. Snap and Collection one tap away. Wishlist, for trade, grails.
Owned and wishlist. Filter US Modern through tokens. Search the pieces you already logged.
Every identification sits in history so you can reopen a tough call without reshooting.
Export, import, optional cloud sync. Betas can wipe local data — back up after you scan.
Journal Live
Condition, what you paid, provenance notes, photos. A history you’ll use at shows.
Every identification can become a permanent album entry. Export or share when a dealer, an heir, or future-you needs the list.
How it works
Pick the category. Snap the obverse, then the reverse. Flat, well-lit, fill the frame. Or add it manually.
Ranked matches with confidence, date, mint, metal. Open PCGS, NGC, Numista, or eBay sold if you want a second look.
Condition, paid, notes, photo. Wishlist if it isn’t yours yet. Export after you scan so a beta never eats the tray.
History keeps the ID. Trades are optional. The album stays local unless you sync or share.
Ownership
Independent collector app. Not a mint. Not a store. Not a grading service.
A resized photo may go to the identification provider so the app can suggest a type. Photos are not sold. Manual add never sends a photo.
Identifications and value ranges are estimates only — not appraisals, grading, or authentication.
Betas can wipe local data. Export or optional cloud sync after you scan. The album should survive the next build.
Start on the free tier. Stronger models only when you pick them or low-confidence auto-upgrade is on.
Not directed at children under 13. Sign-in is Google on Android, Apple on iOS, or continue as guest.
This site is static. The beta form sends App name, phone OS, and email. No analytics SDK is bundled.
